I am a qualified Sports Massage Therapist, who is also qualified in Deep Tissue massage, Medical Acupuncture, Dry Needling and Dry Cupping.
I can tailor the treatment to meet your needs, to help you to achieve your goals, whether of a sporting nature, or helping alleviate more chronic aches and pains such as back or shoulder pain.
I am able to use deep advanced techniques, including Myofascial release, Trigger point therapy, Dry needling, Dry Cupping and Advanced Muscle Energy stretches to increase range of movement.
While also utilizing soft tissue techniques for relaxation and stress reduction.
We will work together to find the correct treatment for you.
I am also trained in Kinesiology Taping, which can aid the healing of tissues following injury.
